Position: Product Development Engineer / Chemist

Ronacrete Ltd is a successful British company with operations in the UK and Asia. Ronacrete (Guangzhou) Construction Products Ltd is a busy manufacturing and sales base in Southern China close to Guangzhou. We specialise in pre-packed technical and decorative construction products which are distributed in China, Hong Kong and across Asia.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the General Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new products to meet various performance standards, the maintenance and improvement of our existing product range and providing technical advice regarding product quality control.
The products involved are pre-packed high performance cement based powders, polymer dispersions and liquid admixtures used in the construction industry including:
•Repair mortars and concretes
•Self levelling screeds
•Waterproofing membranes and treatments
•Tile adhesives and bonding agents
•Renders and fairing coats
Requirements
A working knowledge of formulating and testing the aforementioned products or relevant experience in a related field.
Self motivated, hardworking and diligent.
Flexible and team orientated.
Full command of spoken and written English
Cantonese / Mandarin not essential but would be an advantage.
