Ronacrete Success at Build-4-Asia 2012

The Build 4 Asia Exhibition is held every 2 years in the HKCEC and this year Ronacrete used the event to launch the Ronadeck Resin Bound Surfacing (RBS) and Tree Pit Systems (TPS) for permeable flooring into Asia. With an estimated attendance of over 1,500 interested visitors, the Ronacrete stand was, to say the least, busy for the entire 3 days. The attraction was due in the main to the bespoke installation of the resin bound systems on to the floor of the stand. The natural stone appearance and open texture lead people to the stand with many visitors removing their shoes to appreciate the somewhat surprising comfort underfoot! The decoration of the stand including the laying of the Resin Bound Surfacing (Sesame Gold 12.35) can be seen in about 3 minutes here. The mixing and laying of 2 packs of RBS taking just a matter of seconds (ahem) showing clearly what can be achieved quickly from a professional installer using a well designed product. A few hours later and the foot traffic had reached Christmas Eve shopping proportions. Three days later it was completely unmarked and it was shame it had to be taken up. Developed and manufactured in the UK by Ronacrete, both the RBS and TPS systems have been successfully used since 2007 in a wide variety of applications from high street footpaths to high street shop floors, carriageway drainage to private driveways. Look on the website at www.ronacrete.com.hk or contact Ronacrete directly for more information.
